The quality is so high that our Shanghai branch has been recognised in the 2018 Michelin Guide as one of the Bib Gourmand restaurants. Prepared and cooked from a secret recipe, our roast duck is simply not to be missed. It was hailed as “the best roast duck in the world” by Nicholas Lander of the Financial Times. As an alternative, try our succulent barbecue pork, which has long remained one of the customers’ favourites. And then there’s our superb roast pork which differs from barbecue pork in its distinctive flavour and texture.
