Our head chef, with more than twenty years experience in China, has been invited to make his own unique range of the famous local delicacies found throughout China, from north to south. You can choose from a variety of delicious flour-based items such as steamed buns and pies, amongst many others. These are familiar and much loved by Chinese people.
