  • To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests, Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall has a few simple rules to follow whilst visiting:

    The riding, pushing or carriage of bikes, roller-blades, scooters skateboards inside the premises is not allowed.

    Face or head coverings for religious purposes are welcomed and medical face coverings are also permitted.

    If you’re wearing something with a hood, please make sure it is down when inside the premises. Face coverings such as balaclavas or ski masks are not allowed.

    Groups of four or more may be challenged and required to leave. Unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment is not acceptable.

    The premises is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day. CCTV cameras are in all customer areas. Our CCTV scheme monitors and records images and audio for the purpose of crime prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of offenders and is also used for public health and safety purposes.

    We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone whose actions we feel are unsuitable and may have a negative impact on other customers, our colleagues or stakeholders.

  • No, we do not take bookings. We operate on a walk-in only basis.

  • Yes, some of our vendors have halal options, please enquire individually.

  • Yes, some of our vendors have vegetarian options, please enquire individually.

  • Yes, some of our vendors have gluten-free options, please enquire individually.

  • We are a Foodhall, not a buffet. There are over 20 individual vendors and customers order and pay for their food at each vendor according to their preferences.

  • We accept both cash and card payments.

  • Yes, parking is available in the shared car park with Morrisons Supermarket. Please note this is limited to 3 hours of free parking. Refer to the signage in the car park for details on how to pay if you wish to stay longer.

  • Most of our vendors offer take-away or delivery. Please check with each vendor for more information.

  • Yes, we provide highchairs for toddlers and young children. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • No, we do not permit food taken in from outside. However, you can purchase birthday cakes from our bakery vendor.

  • No, helium balloons are not allowed in the Foodhall.

  • No, we do not offer live stream entertainment.

  • No, pets are not allowed in the Foodhall, except for service animals.

  • We are open on all bank holidays, except for Christmas Day.
